Join us on Sunday May 18th, as we celebrate creativity, passion, and the art of self-expression, all inspired by the legendary Pancho Datos, a revolutionary character and the namesake of this delicious premium tequila. We are delighted to have the wonderful Kofi Achina return as our host where both seasoned poets and newcomers are invited to take the stage for an open mic night. Whether you want to share your own poetry, listen to others, or simply soak in the atmosphere with a Pancho Datos cocktail, this night is for you. Expect plenty Pancho Palomas (margs available as well!), an intimate and inclusive space for creativity, and the chance to hear some of London’s most exciting voices in poetry and spoken word. Plus, Pancho Datos’ brand owner, Stuart Wischhusen, will be on-site offering a free tequila tasting - because great poetry deserves great tequila. About Kofi Achina Kofi is a London-born writer, spoken-word artist, and National Slam champion. Inspired by the likes of Kae Tempest and Little Simz, he weaves together comedy and tragedy to find meaning in the mundane and give a voice to his experiences and 3am epiphanies. He’s facilitated workshops, performed at exhibitions and featured at poetry nights across London including Process, Spit, and Storytime London, speaking on a variety of topics ranging from consumerism to hangovers, with his physical presence as punctuation to his performance.
